Spending time in nature has been shown to boost our immune systems and support good mental health. The Covid 19 pandemic has shown the importance of vitamin D in supporting our body’s immune systems and ultimately our ability to flight disease. The natural world and time outdoors must become a valuable partner in our everyday lives, not shut out or concreted over. Our health depends on it.
It is important to consider the value of rewilding our families. Our sophisticated society is building roads into rainforests, mixing species globally and industrialising food production like never before. We have lost touch with the value of the natural world to our health, well-being and very survival.
